2026 Annual Meeting & Election
The 2026 community wide meeting will be held at the Clubhouse on Monday, February 16th at 6:30 pm. All residents are invited to attend. This meeting is to review the finalized budget, confirm the election results for board seats and arrange the board members roles.
Grand Lake Subdivision is a quiet community located in South Huntsville, AL.
Grand Lake Subdivision has an active Homeowners Association governed by covenants and an Architectural Control Committee to manage and maintain the appearance of the yards, homes and property and keep property values high.
The subdivision is close to all the conveniences of city life but affords you a quiet, laid-back lifestyle centered around an 18-acre stocked neighborhood pond. The Community’s amenities also include a pool, clubhouse, and playground.
