This application is mandatory for reserving Private or Special Neighborhood Events at the Clubhouse and Pool. The Clubhouse is to be used on a reserved basis only, except for the pool areas, which will be open to residents based on the hours of operation published by the Association. This form must be filed with the office at least 48 hours before any intended use for small gatherings so that the security system can be programmed accordingly.
A copy of the Clubhouse Rules and Regulations should accompany this application. If for some reason you do not receive these Rules and Regulations, it is your responsibility to obtain a copy from an agent of the Grand Lake Homeowners Association. Failure to obtain a copy of the Rules and Regulations does not waive your responsibility to follow the Rules and Regulations. Only residents in Good Standing with the HOA may reserve the Clubhouse.
A $50 nonrefundable usage fee is required for any group wishing to use or reserve the Clubhouse or pool area. A mandatory $100 damage deposit payable to the Grand Lake Homeowners Association, Inc. is required to reserve a room in The Clubhouse if the event is not an Association-sponsored event. Your application is not complete until we receive the $100 damage deposit.
The damage deposit will be deposited and returned to you within 30 business days from the date of the clubhouse inspection if The Clubhouse is left in satisfactory condition. A review of the clubhouse will be completed within 5 business days of the event and a reimbursement check will be sent out via the U.S. Postal service.
