This application is mandatory for reserving Private or Special Neighborhood Events at the Clubhouse and Pool. The Clubhouse is to be used on a reserved basis only, except for the pool areas, which will be open to residents based on the hours of operation published by the Association. This form must be filed with the office at least 48 hours before any intended use for small gatherings so that the security system can be programmed accordingly.
A copy of the Clubhouse Rules and Regulations should accompany this application. If for some reason you do not receive these Rules and Regulations, it is your responsibility to obtain a copy from an agent of the Grand Lake Homeowners Association. Failure to obtain a copy of the Rules and Regulations does not waive your responsibility to follow the Rules and Regulations. Only residents in Good Standing with the HOA may reserve the Clubhouse.
Reserving the Clubhouse for a non-association sponsored event requires a $200 rental fee, payable to the Grand Lake Homeowners Association, Inc. This fee consists of a $100 non-refundable usage fee and a $100 damage deposit. Your application is not complete until the $200 rental fee is received.
The rental fee for the clubhouse will be processed, and the $100 deposit will be returned within 30 business days from the date of the clubhouse inspection. The inspection of the clubhouse will be completed within 5 business days of the event. Any damage to the walls or ceilings caused by decorations, tape, staples, etc., will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If the clubhouse is left in a satisfactory condition after the inspection, the reimbursement check will be sent out via the U.S. Postal Service.
